A room-by-room heat loss calculation accurately identifies how much heat each room loses and where the losses occur. This data ensures your heating system is appropriately designed, from correctly sizing the boiler to matching radiators to each room's specific needs. Perfect for installing a new system, upgrading an existing one, or planning energy-efficiency improvements. What's included: 1. Up to 3 hours on-site survey (3–4 bedroom property); 2. These tailored reports are charged at £59 each and are ideal for clients carrying out phased renovations or comparing particular upgrade options. Please note: For larger or more complex properties, confirmed in advance, additional on-site time is charged at £89/hour.
