Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: Upon receipt of the £7.50 booking fee, the customer enters into a binding contract with Fenix Services and is, therefore, not refundable. The customer can cancel this contract for any reason within 4 hours before the service commences. In the event of resignation within less than 4 hours from the start of the project or during its implementation, we reserve the right to charge fees for the following: - any loss of profit caused by the cancellation.
